Standard delivery: 5–7 business days across India.
Express delivery (1–2 days) available at Metro cities — calculated at checkout.
All orders are dispatched from our fulfilment partner within 2–3 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email once shipped.
Returns
Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.
Damaged / Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at hello@joshuafredrick.com with photos and your order number. We will make it right.
